i’m Daniel from germany.
I am a bass player. I’ve studied Jazz doublebass and wrote my final paper about the evolution of jamaican music. (Since then I was lurking around this site thinking If I should enroll. 😀)
I like to explore all the Instruments which take a roll in jamaican music. That doesn’t mean I can play anything nearly as good as bass but I wan’t to to know what’s happening.
My favorite era is Ska as played in the early 6oth.
Sadly there are no fellow musicians interested in reggae in the area where I moved so I try record some tunes now and then or join online classes.

I am really looking foreward to reinfuse my piano chops again… I haven’t been practicing since a long time ago.
