Hey everyone
I’m Rémy, i’m playing in a little reggae band since one year, and i need to study to progress, but in France I don’t have good reggae courses. I met Matt in a concert of Groundation in Grenoble and he spoke about his online courses ! But i don’t understand English very well… Is it possible to put the subtitles option in all of the vidéos please ?
Thanks and happy new year !
Rémy

Maybe Groundation can come to Ethiopia or San Diego AgainJanuary 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm #27652wilfrid pastorParticipantBonjour
willJanuary 9, 2023 at 6:26 pm #27653RemParticipantSalut Will,
Peace
Rémy
January 10, 2023 at 1:39 pm #27654Matt JensonKeymasterGREETINGS Remy, Will and Fletcher,
THANKS FOR POSTING!
Fletcher: so glad we made the GROUNDATION connection! Ethiopia, now that’d be amazing. At the moment there are no plans to tour there as far as I know. I believe we will be touring Cali this Summer and most likely we’ll be in San Diego…and LA for sure.
REMY and WILL: I’m sorry that I do not speak French! I had to copy your posts into Google translate to understand what you are saying. At some point I know I’ll have to get all the video lessons translated into a few other languages but as I’m in the process of adding more and more content (in English), it will be some time before I can figure out how to best get them translated. Please feel free to hit me up with any questions you have either here on the forum or via email: vibes@artofreggae.com
BIGGUP!
January 11, 2023 at 7:27 pm #27657RemParticipantThanck you Matt for the answer,
I understand, it’s not easy to translate all the courses in all the languages! But if it is possible to put at least English subtitles to all the videos, it will be easier for us!
In the first videos the option is present, but not in the next ones…
Thanks again!

January 28, 2023 at 9:30 am #27669wilfrid pastorParticipantHello Remy
WilfridJanuary 28, 2023 at 9:36 am #27670wilfrid pastorParticipantHi Matt
thank you for your answer, I’ll erase you I use google translate for the dialogues between us, it’s practical,
otherwise an idea can be for your videos:
that they are in private only accessible to members on you tube?
wouldn’t it be possible? because on you tube there is the translation available, we can have it on the videos that you post there at least,
I don’t know if it will work for the videos of your lessons,
Good luck

February 15, 2023 at 9:34 pm #27716Matt JensonKeymasterHi Brad,
Bienvenu! I wish I spoke more French. I had a great time on tour with Groundation for 2, 5 week tours last Summer and Fall. The French fans are AMAZING! Hit me with any questions you may have, or just post here on the forum.

I’m still working through the material, I had *some* classical piano training a long time ago so it has been fun to dust off some of that. I see there is reference to a guitar course? Is that coming soon?
À Rem: je suis près de Thonon-les-bains, pas trop loin ! A+
